Your privacy is important to GSD Group LLC d/b/a Get More Reviews (“We, Us, Ours”), as is your trust in our products and services, and we want you (“you” or “your”) to understand how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information. 
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information in connection with our websites and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”), and when you otherwise interact with us. Please also read our Terms of Service which set out the terms governing the Services. By using our Services, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our website and to the products and services provided through our websites. It does not apply to any third-party site or service linked to our website or recommended or referred by our website, through our products or services, or by our staff. 

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

We may collect the following personal information when you use our Services or contact us through the contact forms at our websites: 
  • Business Client’s Contact Information such as your full name, email address, phone number, business name, and physical address.
  • Contact Information of Business Client’s Customers such as full name, email address, and phone number; for example, when you use our Services to input this information into our platform so that you can contact your customers on your own behalf via email or text message with your customer’s consent. 
  • Payment Information, collected through our payment service provider, such as your credit card details and billing address in order to process your payments.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use “cookies,” web beacons (a/k/a pixel tags), analytics devices and similar technologies across devices to record your preferences, gather information such as your IP address about the use of our Services, personalize content and ads and track information about the performance of our advertisements. Please see the “Use of Cookies and Other Online Tracking Technologies” section below. 
How Do We Use Personal Information?

The personal information we collect may be used for the following purposes. However, we will only use the contact information of our business client’s customers, provided to us by our business clients, in order to provide our Services.
  • Provide the Services to you at your request including to manage your account.
  • Process payments, any discounts or special offers. 
  • Communicate with you about your account, interactions or transactions including service-related announcements such as changes to our policies. 
  • For marketing and analytics purposes. 
  • For research, evaluation of use, and troubleshooting purposes.
  • To verify the identity of users and others with whom we interact.
  • To improve and develop new products and services.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory or contractual requirements.
Communications with you in connection with these uses may be via mail, telephone, email, text message, social media and other electronic messages, through our websites and applications. If you have signed up for our Services and opted in to receive text messages from Get More Reviews, we may send you text messages using an automated telephone dialing system to the mobile phone number you have provided. Opting in to receive text messages is not a requirement to buy products or services from Get More Reviews and message and data rates may apply. 

How Do We Share Personal Information?

We do not sell your personal information, or your customer’s personal information. 

However, in order to provide our Services, we may share your personal information with other third parties such as service providers. This section explains when and why we share your information.
  • Service Providers. We use a variety of trusted service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, billing and payment processing, push notifications, storage, bandwidth, content management tools, analytics, customer service, fraud protection, etc.
  • General Business Operations. Where necessary to the administration of our general business, such as accounting, record keeping and legal functions, to our tax advisors, legal counsel and other professional services entities or agents.

We may also use or disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to applicable law or comply with legal process served on us or the Services; (b) establish, protect and defend our rights or property, the Services or our users, including to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Use, other agreements or policies, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved; and (c) act under emergency circumstances to protect the personal safety of us, our affiliates, agents, or users of the Services or the public. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection.
  • Aggregate/Anonymous Information. We may share aggregate/anonymous information about use of the Services with third parties for research, marketing, analytics and other purposes, such as publishing a report on usage trends. 
  • Corporate Transactions. In connection with the sale, transfer or financing of a significant part of Get More Review’s business or its assets, including any such activities associated with a bankruptcy proceeding.
Use Of Cookies And Other Online Tracking Technologies

We use “cookies,” web beacons (a/k/a pixel tags), analytics devices and similar technologies across devices to record your preferences, gather information such as your IP address about the use of our Services, personalize content and ads and track information about the performance of our advertisements. We may also use these technologies to monitor traffic and make the Services easier and/or more relevant for your use. We may combine this information with other information we collect from you.

Cookies. These are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your device’s hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes and associate with small text files that we use to record certain information regarding your use of our online Services, your preferences and actions, and other device and usage data as described above. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate our Services, while others are used to enable a faster log-in process, personalize your use of the Services, or otherwise allow us to track your activities while using our Services. Pixel tags (a/k/a web beacons or clear GIFs). Pixel tags are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, which are embedded invisibly on web pages or within emails. We or our service providers may use pixel tags in connection with our Services to, among other things, track the activities of users of the Services, help manage content, measure ad performance and compile statistics about usage. We or our service providers may also use pixel tags in HTML emails to our customers to help us track email response rates, identify when our emails are viewed, and track whether our emails are forwarded.
 
Analytics Services. We use third-party analytics services, including Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”), on our Services. Google Analytics uses cookies and other tracking technologies to help us analyze how users interact with and use the Services, compile reports on user’s’ activity, and provide other services related to activity and usage. Online Advertising. In order to display more relevant advertising on our Services, to manage our advertising on third-party sites, mobile apps and online services, and to measure and improve our ads and marketing efforts, we may work with companies such as Facebook, Google and other third-party social media companies, ad companies, ad exchanges, channel partners, measurement services and ad networks. 

These third parties may use cookies, web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and your activities across other websites and online services, which they may associate with persistent identifiers. This information may be used to provide you with more relevant advertising or other targeted content on our Services and other websites or services, and to measure the performance of such advertising. Their activities and your choices regarding their use of your information to personalize ads to you are subject to and set out in their own policies.

Do-Not-Track. Your browser or device may include “Do-Not-Track” settings or functionality. Currently, our systems do not recognize browser “Do-Not-Track” requests. The information collection and disclosure practices, and the choices that we provide to customers, will continue to operate as described in this Privacy Policy, whether or not a Do-Not-Track signal is received. However, you may disable certain tracking on our Sites, as discussed in this section (e.g. by disabling cookies), and you may opt-out of certain third party ad networks as described below. Third Party Pixels and Cookies. Notwithstanding anything else in this policy, we and/or our partners may use pixels and pixel tags, and place, read or use cookies the collect information from your device and/or Internet browser. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information, however, it may be possible for our third-party business partners to combine it with other information in order to identify your email address or other information about. For example, the cookies may reflect de-identified demographic or other data linked to data you voluntarily have submitted to us, e.g., your email address, which we may share with a data provider solely in hashed, non-human readable form. Visitors can also express their choices for display advertising, through the following platforms: Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out platform or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out platform.We and/or our partners may also use cookies for delivering personalized advertising emails. These cookies are used to identify the visitors of our advertisers’ websites and send personalized emails based on the visitors’ browsing experience. We and/or our partners use cookies, pixels and other tracking technology to associate certain Internet-related information about you, such as your Internet Protocol address and what Web browser you are using, with certain of your online behaviors, such as opening emails or browsing websites. Such information is used to customize ads or content and may be shared with our partners.         
 
Children’s Privacy

Get More Reviews’ websites do not target or knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
Retention of Personal Information
We retain your personal information as long as it serves the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy, including to operate our Services, send you notices or other general messages (unless you’ve unsubscribed), to collect and monitor traffic and other usage statistics of our Services, to resolve disputes, to enforce the terms of our Services’ contracts, and to comply with our legal obligations.

Transfer of Personal Information

In order to provide our Services, we may store or process your personal information outside your country. Data storage venues include, without limitation, the United States and the European Union. These and other data storage jurisdictions may operate under privacy and data protection laws different from those of your home jurisdiction. Your submission of personal information through the use of our Services and your consent to this Privacy Policy include consent to such storage and processing outside of your jurisdiction.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords, or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites such as social media sites, and also contain third-party plug-ins and functionalities (such as the Facebook “like” button and Twitter “follow” button). If you choose to use these sites or features, you may disclose your information not just to those third parties, but also to their users and the public more generally depending on how their services function. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites or services. The collection, use, and disclosure of your information will be subject to the privacy policies of the third-party websites or services, and not this Privacy Policy. If you would like to update your preferences on the types of communications you receive from us, or opt out of marketing communications from us, you may do so at any time by contacting help@getmorereviews.com, by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails, or by following the opt-out instructions in our text messages. Please note that we may continue to send non-promotional communications such as important notices, payment confirmations and transaction-related emails and other information about your use of the Services. 

Special Terms Related To Europe

If you reside in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), European Union, United Kingdom or Switzerland, the provisions of this Special Terms section apply to you, effective May 25, 2018.
