It’s no secret that the most essential part of a business' online reputation is its reviews. Reviews have become the lifeblood for a business big or small.
A business owner only has a few seconds to impress a looking consumer with the online star rating of the company and the corresponding reviews. If a business fails that “glance test” there is only a remote chance for another opportunity to win over that consumer.
