Two New Feature Updates to Help Grow & Manage Your Online Reviews

We're excited to announce two new upgrades to the GetMoreReviews tool this month - designed to make it even easier for you to get more reviews from your customers, and to understand what is going on with your reviews and review campaigns as a whole. Keep reading for more on these latest additions to the platform:

We believe one of the best ways we can help you manage your online reputation is to empower you with data. Behold, then, the new "Analytics" tab in the dashboard (under "Reporting").

This tab gives you an at-a-glance performance report on your online reviews and review request campaigns. Based on frequent requests from our customers, this new dashboard gives you at-a-glance access to:

• current review totals
  
• new review activity
  
• funnel activity including visits and clicks
  
• email/text campaigns sent
  
• email opens/clicks
  

The "Bulk Upload" feature - which allows you to easily import a spreadsheet of customer data to add multiple customers at once - has gotten a few improvements to make it even faster and easier for you to send out review requests.

In a nutshell, we've streamlined and simplified the CSV upload process by relaxing our formatting requirements:

• We now support .XLSX (excel) uploads, so you will no longer receive error messages when you forget to convert your files to CSV.
• You no longer need to use our required headers. Now you can match your own headers to the data they represent after uploading. This is done using a simple drag-and-drop interface:

We believe both the Analytics Dashboard and the enhancements to Bulk Upload will give you a leg up when it comes to managing your online reputation and getting even more reviews for your business.
